Keith Urban is a teacher? I would sure like to be in that class. It's true Keith Urban is going to be teaching some Nashville High School students as part of a special program.

It's only a one day class, Sept. 6th and Urban will be teaching about 190 juniors and seniors for a little over an hour. This is part of a program that the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has launched. Of course, it's geared to the arts. Urban will speak to the arts and music students from 4 schools about songwriting, creative inspirations, and about what it's REALLY like to be a music performer. He will also play a couple of songs and take questions from the students.

Urban has been a long time supporter of the Hall of Fame and has helped raise over $1 million dollars with his We're All for the Hall concerts. This is the first such event planned by the Hall of Fame but they are planning others for the future. While the event is not open to the public it will be streaming on both Keith Urban's website as well as the Hall of Fame website.

Again that will be on Sept. 6th at 10 am central.
