One of my favorite parts about The Weekend Buzz is that you never know where the conversation is going to end up. Sometimes we start talking about a community event and somehow wind up swapping stories about kids, ice cream, and life in small-town Texas. That's exactly what happened when Austin Allsup stopped by the studio.

More Than Just the Freedom Bell

Sure, we talked about the Freedom Bell making its way to Baird this Saturday, and it's a pretty incredible story. Austin shared how a simple conversation with a friend helped bring this traveling patriotic tribute to the Big Country, giving folks the chance to see it up close, ring it, and be part of something special.
