Abilene’s New Free Recording Studio Is A Dream Come True For Texas Creators
I’ll be honest, this is one of the coolest things I’ve seen come out of a public library in Texas in a long time.
The Abilene Public Library has officially launched a brand-new FREE recording studio called the One Button Studio Pro, giving people right here in the Big Country access to professional-quality content creation tools without spending a fortune.
As a content creator and DJ, I work in a studio every single day. Microphones, cameras, editing software…that stuff becomes normal for me. But the reality is, there are probably people in Abilene with way better ideas than I’ve got who’ve never had access to a space like this.
Well…now you do.

A Free Studio For Podcasts, Videos, Interviews, And More
The studio, created and built by Jason Jenkins, is available to the public for free through online reservations and allows up to four people during 45-minute sessions.
Users can bring their own laptop, access cloud-based files, and create podcasts, YouTube videos, presentations, interviews, or whatever creative idea has been bouncing around in their brain at 2 a.m.
Even cooler? This is reportedly the first One Button Studio Pro setup installed inside a public library anywhere in Texas.
Abilene Keeps Finding New Ways To Surprise Me
I love seeing Abilene embrace creative ideas like this. Libraries aren’t just shelves full of books anymore. They’re becoming community hubs, creative spaces, and places where people can actually build something. And honestly, that’s pretty dang cool.
You can learn more or reserve studio time here at One Button Studio Pro Booking Page. Who knows, this could be the move that takes your creative genius to a new level.
