Have you seen the video of the Wisconsin news reporter, Jennifer Livingston, who went on the air to read and respond to a letter commenting about her weight? It's a powerful piece of video that has people around the country talking about some serious issues, including weight, self esteem and bullying.

Here's what we know about the idiot who wrote the letter: his name is Kenneth Krause. He's a personal injury lawyer, and he's physically fit. Krause has been offered the opportunity to join Livingston on national television, CBS This Morning, but declined. Apparently, the only way Krause can spout off is hiding behind his computer screen. Typical cyber-bully. Here's his initial response:

Given this country's present epidemic of obesity and the many truly horrible diseases related thereto, and considering Jennifer Livingston's fortuitous position in the community, I hope she will finally take advantage of a rare and golden opportunity to influence the health and psychological well-being of Coulee Region children by transforming herself for all of her viewers to see over the next year, and, to that end, I would be absolutely pleased to offer Jennifer any advice or support she would be willing to accept.

But now, after being ambushed by a local news crew, Krause not only admitted that he regrets some of his email, but that he was once overweight himself. Check it out:

I can't help but gain satisfaction with a television camera crew and reporter bullying a bully into an apology. However sincere Krause may or may not be, he sure looked uncomfortable.

If you were Jennifer Livingston, would you accept this apology? What would you say to follow up these comments from Kenneth Krause?

By the way, Jennifer is the sister of actor Ron Livingston (star of 'Office Space'). He's on record as saying he's "extremely proud" of his sister. Who wouldn't be?
