Texas Music Scene Welcomes Guy Vincent’s Touching Debut Single
Guy Vincent, a 19-year-old singer-songwriter from San Antonio, is already setting the Texas Red Dirt music scene ablaze with his debut single, Burn, which has skyrocketed into the Top 20 of the Texas Music charts. Inspired by his parents’ love for music, Vincent first got involved with his church’s praise and worship team, serving as the praise leader for two years. That’s where his journey began.

Writing Heartbreak Into Song
Vincent's lyrics are raw and honest, shaped by his personal experiences with love and loss. When he performed a song live in my studio, about the moment he realized the girl he loved was falling for someone else, it hit me so hard it brought tears to my eyes. I turned to him and said, “There’s your next song title.” He smiled and started scribbling lyrics during the interview. That’s just who he is, always writing, always dreaming.

Working With a Texas Red Dirt Giant
Guy is currently recording music in New Braunfels with none other than AJ Vallejo of Love and Chaos, one of the genre’s most respected names. His time in Gruene Studios is sharpening his sound and his resolve.
College Life vs. Music Dreams
Despite his rising fame, Vincent is still balancing college life at Ole Miss. He confessed he regrets leaving Texas and hopes to come back soon. “I just want to perform,” he told me. And while many artists might celebrate a charting single with a drink, Guy was quick to say, “I don’t drink. I’m not of age, and I don’t want trouble.”
