
Fishermen Reel in Massive 40-Foot Whale Shark
At a port in Karachi, Pakistan on Tuesday, fishermen needed several cranes and four hours to reel in a massive 40-foot long whale shark that had died offshore. They’re definitely going to need a bigger boat.
According to reports, the school bus-sized shark had been found unconscious more than a week ago, but unfortunately died before it could be pulled out of the water.
The shark was said to weigh between 6-7 tons and fetched roughly $18,000 after it was sold. Now that’s a whale of a tale.
