Carrie Underwood Shares Adorable Father and Son Moment From Predators Game
Carrie Underwood is a proud mama and a proud wife, that much is clear. She recently shared an adorable father-son moment on Instagram from a Nashville Predators game, in which her son Isaiah has just received a puck from his dad, Mike Fisher, who’s on the other side of the glass.
Safe in the arms of his "Papa," Isaiah — wearing a tiny Predators jersey — looks thrilled to have the special gift from Dad, beaming at the puck in his hands.
Underwood recognized it as an instant memory, writing in the caption, "These are the moments…" and adding a #blessed at the end.
Both Fisher and Underwood have busy careers with traveling, fame and recognition, but the two are committed to their family, as they’ve shown time and time again. Underwood often brings Isaiah on the road, and being on his hometown team allows Fisher to be present as well.
“It’s all about being supportive of one another,” Underwood told Yahoo last year. “He’s my best friend and we love our family, that’s what it’s all about. We sacrifice for each other and compromise for each other and do our best to spend as much time as we possibly have with each other. It’s about putting your family and relationship first.”
The couple married in 2010, and Isaiah was born in 2015.
Underwood just came off of a hugely successful Storyteller Tour and a stellar performance with Keith Urban at the ACM Awards April 2, where she was nominated for Entertainer of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year.
