Carrie Underwood Celebrates Success of “Good Girl” Going #1

Carrie Underwood spent Tuesday, August 28th, celebrating her latest success; a #1 hit with "Good Girl". Celebrating with Carrie were the songs co-writers Ashely Gorley and Chris DeStefano.

Carrie was in the right place at the right time when this song came to light. She just happened to be in Los Angeles and crashed the writing party of Gorley and DeStefano. She latched on to the song for herself and her upcoming album "Blown Away". Good thing she did, it was the perfect lead off song for the new album.

The party Tuesday took place at the CMA building in Nashville complete with lots of food and Carrie mingling and talking with the press.

Her current single and title track from the album is heading in the same direction. Already in the Top 15 of the charts Carrie may soon be celebrating another #1 hit.
