Cross Plains Public Library to Receive Grant from National Endowment for the Arts
The Cross Plains public library was one of 78 libraries in America, chosen to participate in the 'Big Read' program. The library is set to receive an endowment for the arts. The 'Big Read' is an initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts designed to restore and promote reading in America.
