A Texas DPS trooper was standing outside his vehicle during a traffic stop, when another car veered off the road.

State Farm Insurance has released their latest findings on which states have the highest risk of deer-car collisions. The list is compiled from the data of past accidents in each state. Where did Texas rank, check it out.

A courageous 9-year-old girl climbed out of the wreckage then walked for miles to try to find help after the car she and her father were in fell 200 feet down an embankment very early Sunday morning. She is currently recovering in a hospital outside Los Angeles. Her father did not survive the crash.
