24fps Film Fest Brings Fresh Short Films to Abilene’s Paramount Theatre
The historic Paramount Theatre (352 Cypress St) in downtown Abilene will host the 23rd Annual 24fps International Short Film Festival from Friday, November 5 to Saturday, November 6.
