SurvivorFEST’s 4th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Fundraiser Set For October 20th [VIDEO]
As many of you know I was diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year. My involvement with the Alliance for Women and Children and SurviorFEST began last year at this time. When I was asked to emcee the event last October little did I know that I would be one of those "survivors" just a year later.
SurvivorFEST raises awareness and funds for breast cancer screenings. The Alliance for Women and Children provides services for women who need mammograms and other medical services but can't afford them. I am proud to be associated with the women who run these organizations. They are warm, brilliant, hard working, caring women who want to make sure that any and every woman who needs help gets it.
I, along with some other survivors, will be sharing our stories during the event as well has just having a lot of fun celebrating life with friends!
The details for the upcoming SurvivorFEST event are listed below. Please come join myself and other survivors for this great fundraiser and have some fun as well.
