Former Fixer Upper star Clint Harp has sold his historic home in Waco, Texas, and chances are, the buyer got a pretty sweet deal on the famous property.

The celebrated carpenter, podcast host, author and star of Renovation Road initially listed his charming residence for $650,000 in April of 2024. Harp reduced his asking price to $550,000 on May 17, and the house went into pending status on June 27 after he accepted an offer.

The deal on the Harp House in Waco closed on Friday (Aug. 2), and the final selling price has not been disclosed online.

If Harp received his asking price of $550,000, that breaks down to $201 per square foot and a monthly payment of $4,174.

Realtor.com states that Clint Harp's house in Waco appeared on Season 1 of Fixer Upper, when Joanna and Chip Gaines helped him and his wife, Kelly, completely renovate the historic property.

Harp's house dates back to 1913, and while it's been fully restored and updated, the renovation left its historic charm intact.
