We have crime that happens in Texas, just like all over the country. We’re fortunate to have such great law enforcement officers, but sometimes crime go beyond being handled by local law enforcement and that is when the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) gets involved.

Recently there was a case regarding the production of child pornography inside of a Texas home and it was tattoos that really helped law enforcement put this case together.

FBI Started Case With Texas Man in July of 2024

According to the Concho Valley Homepage, in July of 2024, “a foreign partner referred child sexual abuse material posted on the dark web to the FBI’s victim identification program.”

When that information was collected by the FBI, they noticed several distinct tattoos by a man who was assaulting a young male in one video.

Former Girlfriend Says He Admitted the Crimes

The tattoos helped the FBI identify the suspect as 48-year-old Christopher Lynn Driskill. The FBI then asked a previous girlfriend if she had any information about the case, she said he once confessed to the crime while intoxicated.

Driskill says that those claims were only made because they had a bad breakup.

The Tattoos Were the Hard Evidence

With law enforcement having the videos and clearly seeing the tattoos is why Driskill was arrested on November 26th.

The FBI also traced the online accounts to Driskill’s address in Coleman, Texas. If convicted he may face up to 30 years in prison.

He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
