There’s something I’ll never stop talking about in Abilene… and that’s the incredible work being done by All Kind Animal Initiative. These folks work nonstop to give abandoned and overlooked animals in Texas another shot at a happy life, and every week I end up finding dogs that deserve way more attention than they’re getting.

This week’s urgent dogs? Total sweethearts.

Star is a shy but incredibly sweet girl who blossoms once she gets comfortable. She’s gentle, good with other dogs, and just needs a patient home where she can relax and let her personality shine.

Tyson is a playful mastiff/boxer mix with giant puppy energy. He loves to play, loves people, and would fit perfectly with a family ready for fun, laughs, and lots of slobbery affection.
