The holiday season is upon us, which means that Quentin Tarantino's 'Django Unchained' is mere weeks away from hitting theaters. Now there's a whole batch of new stills from the movie, ones that offer our first good look at co-star Walton Goggins and more.

These stills come to us from Omelete, and though they don't offer any new spoilers, they do show how well shot the film was by cinematographer Robert Richardson.

Besides Walton Goggins, these stills offer portraits of stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Jamie Foxx, Samuel L. Jackson, Kerry Washington and Christoph Waltz in character, and stills of Don Johnson playing what looks to be an evil plantation owner, and another look at Franco Nero - who we assumed just had a cameo because he played Django in the spaghetti westerns that Tarantino's paying some homage to.

Here are those stills:

And here's the official synopsis:

Set in the South two years before the Civil War, DJANGO UNCHAINED stars Academy Award(R)-winner Jamie Foxx as Django, a slave whose brutal history with his former owners lands him face-to-face with German-born bounty hunter Dr. King Schultz (Academy Award(R)-winner Christoph Waltz). Schultz is on the trail of the murderous Brittle brothers, and only Django can lead him to his bounty. The unorthodox Schultz acquires Django with a promise to free him upon the capture of the Brittles–dead or alive.

'Django Unchained' is scheduled to come out December 25.
