Can you guess the most popular car in the world? The answer may surprise you.

Well, it might not surprise you if you were paying attention last year, because for the second year in a row, the Ford Focus is the highest-selling car in the world, with more than a million sold in 2012.

Close on the Focus's heels is the Toyota Corolla, which was also No. 2 last year, and the Ford F Series pickup truck, the perennial best-selling model in the United States.

The Ford Fiesta also made the top 10, making the Detroit automaker the only company with three cars on the list.
