Iconic country musician Willie Nelson will celebrate his 80th birthday on April 30. He marked the special occasion by taping a special for CMT in Nashville last week. Nelson was joined by an all-star roster for a special episode of CMT Crossroads titled 'Willie Nelson and Friends from Third Man Records.'

Former White Stripes mastermind Jack White is a longtime fan of Nelson's, and he hosted the taping at his Third Man Records studio. Nelson sang duets on some of his best-known and most beloved material with Sheryl Crow, Jamey Johnson, Norah Jones, Ashley Monroe, Leon Russell and Neil Young at the taping. The show is slated to air on CMT in late June.

The music legend doesn't show any signs of slowing down. He just released he latest in a string of more than 200 albums, titled 'Let’s Face the Music and Dance,' last Tuesday (April 16). His memoir 'Roll Me Up and Smoke Me When I Die - Musings From the Road' recently made the New York Times bestseller list, and Nelson will spend the summer and much of the rest of the year touring -- including an appearance on June 13 at the inaugural Taste of Country Music Festival in Hunter, N.Y.
