St Paul Minneapolis Minnesota bar owner Blake Montpetit is showing his loyalty for the Green Bay Packers who are playing the Chicago Bears in a playoff game Sunday. His Support/tribute to the Packers and  showing his disdain to the Bears by roasting a black bear over charcoal & hickory.

Blake Montpetit, owner of Tiffany Sports Bar, says he plans to cook the black bear in a pig-roaster. He says a relative shot the bear in Wisconsin during bear season and then froze it.

Montpetit says he planned to serve the meat to customers, but the local health department informed that it is not legal to serve the bear to the public because the meat is unprocessed.However, customers can have their picture made with the roasting bear.
