For the next two weeks, Skybound Entertainment, Steam and Unity will team to host the first ever Walking Dead Game Jam. Got a great idea for a Walking Dead video game? Now's your time to shine.

In celebration of the upcoming massive anniversary story arc in The Walking Dead comic, Skybound is opening the Game Jam to all comers, provided the would-be developers can build a game around the concept "All Out War." The entrants will be whittled down to ten winners, with one being the ultimate winner gaining an endorsement from one of TWD's creators, Robert Kirkman.

All ten winners will earn a full Unity Pro license in the hopes they'll continue developing the game for release, and a Steam Greenlight key to help get the title put on Steam. There will be a wealth of Walking Dead merchandise given away as well, including signed comics, shirts, and promotion on the official Walking Dead site.

You can get more details and register right over here, but you better hurry. The Game Jam opens today, and only lasts for two weeks.
