Wade Hayes is set to release his first new album in five years; an album he calls therapeutic. Go Live Your Life is reflective of Hayes' two time battle with Stage IV colon cancer.

Wade Hayes is best known for a string of hits in the '90s. Songs like 'I'm Still Dancing With You', 'The Day She Left Tulsa', 'What I Meant to Say', 'Old Enough to Know Better' and many more. In 2009 Hayes released an independent album A Place to Turn Around and toured in support of it's release.

Then in 2011 all of that had to be placed on the back burner as Hayes was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer. Hayes received surgery and chemotherapy but the cancer returned in 2012. Fast forward two years and we are happy to say Hayes is cancer free and releasing a new album of music. An album funded, by the way, by fans on PledgeMusic.com. The site allows fans to be a part of the process while earning exclusive content and keeping apprised of the albums progress. A portion of the proceeds from Hayes' album is also being donated to Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center.

Hayes wrote or co-wrote 9 of the 10 songs on the album and says it was a therapeutic process. The songs were written as he was going through his battle so they are soulful, reflective, hopeful and realistic. The album will be available for digital download before March 1st with physical copies released March 12th.
