The upcoming April 14 premiere of 'Veep' season 2 will bring back all of our favorite vice presidential characters, from Gary ('Arrested Development's' Tony Hale) to Amy ('Hannibal's' Anna Chlumsky), but what of the new faces joining the ranks this year?
