Ever wanted to play a first-person shooter in the vein of Portal, but with the design sense of M.C. Escher? Antichamber might be the game you're looking for.

Developed by Alexander Bruce, Antichamber will finally be releasing on Steam this week. To commemorate the launch, a trailer with some incredibly psychedelic gameplay and imagery has been released.

Originally developed as a mod for Unreal Tournament 3, Bruce further fleshed out a stand-alone version of the game using the Unreal Development Kit. Antichamber features an, "enormous, seamless non-Euclidean world to explore," and players will solve puzzles with the aid of a, "gun that can create, destroy and manipulate matter."

Check out the trailer below, and let us know what you think of the game in the comments.
