Two of country's biggest voices square off in this Round 2 matchup to help decide country's top vocalist. All month long Taste of Country is giving fans a chance to choose country's best. Sixteen singers have been trimmed to eight for Round 2, with a final featuring a top male and top female vocalist.

The winner will be announced after the 2016 ACM Awards. This week fans have to worry about Round 2, specifically this matchup between Trace Adkins and Brett Eldredge. Both have shown range and power and a willingness to embrace new styles. Both are coming off of impressive Round 1 wins.

Adkins has long been considered one of country's best, with songs like "You're Gonna Miss This" and "Then They Do" high on his vocal resume. With over 80 percent of the vote, he beat Randy Houser to get to this round, and he's likely eager to continue.

Eldredge is a crooner who embraces the warm, personal stylings of legends like Sinatra without giving up his country roots. He's a new kind of vocalist and one that's quickly gaining popularity with fans. In the big upset of Round 1, he knocked out Chris Stapleton! Yep, the "Drunk on Your Love" singer took nearly 60 percent of the vote in the first round.

Vote for one of these artists up to once every hour until the poll closes at 11:59PM ET on March 20. The winner of this matchup will move on to face either Blake Shelton or Chris Young in the male bracket finale.
