Tom Bergeron admits to Ryan Seacrest during a radio interview that he has asked producers to keep him away from Chris Brown during tonight's show.I love Tom Bergeron, he's funny, quick on his feet and always says what he's thinking.  That is why he has asked show producers to keep him away from Chris Brown on this evenings show.

"I did tell the producers it may be to their advantage to not have me interview him," Bergeron said on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, "because my natural tendency would be to say something. So, don't put me in a position where you are asking me not to say something, because I really won't do that."

It's elimination night and there is always a guest star to perform, tonight it's Chris Brown.  If you will remember it was just a week ago that on this same network, ABC, Chris performed for Good Morning America.  He was asked questions about his on going problems with singer/ex-girlfriend Rhianna(remember he beat her) and later went to his dressing room and threw a chair through a window.  He apparently still has some anger issues that need to be dealt with.  That same day though ABC invited Chris back to the show.  So he shows bad behavior, obviously still has some problems,

trashes your dressing room and you invite him back?  So if someone came into your home and did the same thing would you let them back in?  Your only feeding his ego and making a bigger problem, there seems to be no consequences for this type of behavior.  Charlie Sheen, Lindsey Lohan, Britney Spears and many others have gotten away with it as well.  I personally applaud Tom Bergeron for making a stand and I, along with many others, will forgo watching the show tonight.  I know it's not much but these shows count on ratings and if their ratings go down during a certain performance then hopefully they will get the message and stop booking these morons on their show.
