Tim Mcgraw Pushes Back, And Not A Moment Too Soon

I told you last week the Tim McGraw's record company, (where Tim made gold records for them for nearly 20 years) is suing him. Now, and "Not A Moment Too Soon" Tim has decided to sue back.

Yep, Tim ain't gonna take this anymore. The McGraw camp is suing for breech of contract and for an undisclosed amount of money for the album he turned into the label that he has not been payed for.

Let me remind everyone too that said record company has not released the album either. Holding up what royalties Tim could be earning. Tim's lawyers are also seeking a ruling from the judge so that Tim can enter into another contract with another record company so he can get back to recording and releasing more music.
