‘The Voice’ Hopeful RaeLynn Named Honorary Pistol Annie by Miranda Lambert

Blake Shelton‘s 17-year-old team member from the hit NBC show ‘The Voice’ appears to be getting some additional guidance from three of country music’s hottest talents, Miranda Lambert‘s Pistol Annies. RaeLynn snapped this photo for her Twitter page on Tuesday night.
“Just got promoted to “Baby Annie” officially! @pistolannies @ashleymonroe @guitarleena @Miranda_Lambert love them!” she tweeted. She joins Shelton on the short list of honorary Annies. He goes by Pistol Andy, having added a line to the ladies’ song ‘Family Feud.’
“Ha! Ha! I love this…,” RaeLynn’s mentor tweeted upon seeing the photo. Lambert joined Shelton in Los Angeles on Monday night to take in the premiere of ‘The Hunger Games.’ The Pistol Annies have a song on the soundtrack, which hits stores on March 20. The movie opens nationwide on March 24.
RaeLynn is currently awaiting the live rounds of ‘The Voice,’ having beaten Adley Stump just a week ago. Last night, she stopped into the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo to see Lambert perform, which is where the above photo was snapped.
