Disney has released a new TV spot for The Jungle Book, offering a fresh look at Jon Favreau’s live-action / CGI adventure with a little bit of new footage thrown in for good measure. Titled “Live the Legend,” the spot opens with Ben Kingsley’s Bagheera, the panther mentor of young Mowgli, explaining the (bare?) necessity of returning the boy to the jungle.

The CGI in The Jungle Book looks pretty good against the live-action backdrop from what we’ve seen in the previews so far, and while we’ve gotten a decent look at the various animal friends and foes in Favreau’s remake of the Disney classic, the promos have been a bit conservative when it comes to letting us hear them speak. Kingsley’s Bagheera speaks in this spot, while the previous trailer featured the voice of Scarlett Johansson’s python, Kaa.

You’ll also probably recognize a new version of the classic “Bare Necessities” song, while those who caught a sneak peek at the film during D23 last year noted that Bill Murray’s Baloo was humming the tune in one scene.

Directed by Jon Favreau (“Iron Man”), based on Rudyard Kipling’s timeless stories and inspired by Disney’s classic animated film, “The Jungle Book” is an all-new live-action epic adventure about Mowgli (newcomer Neel Sethi), a man-cub who’s been raised by a family of wolves. But Mowgli finds he is no longer welcome in the jungle when fearsome tiger Shere Khan (voice of Idris Elba), who bears the scars of Man, promises to eliminate what he sees as a threat. Urged to abandon the only home he’s ever known, Mowgli embarks on a captivating journey of self-discovery, guided by panther-turned-stern mentor Bagheera (voice of Ben Kingsley), and the free-spirited bear Baloo (voice of Bill Murray). Along the way, Mowgli encounters jungle creatures who don’t exactly have his best interests at heart, including Kaa (voice of Scarlett Johansson), a python whose seductive voice and gaze hypnotizes the man-cub, and the smooth-talking King Louie (voice of Christopher Walken), who tries to coerce Mowgli into giving up the secret to the elusive and deadly red flower: fire.

The Jungle Book also features the voices of Lupita Nyong’o and Giancarlo Esposito, and hits theaters on April 15.
