The Folding Apartment [VIDEO]

First off this would not work for me. The closet space I require is as much as this whole apartment space. However, if you are a minimalist and on a budget and living in a place like New York then this might just be for you. This empty rectangular space converts into 3 rooms.

Watch how this guy turns a small,empty space into 3 rooms. Simply by using movable walls, retractable, fold out tables and drawers and any hidden space as storage.

He ends up with a kitchen/dining area, bedroom and living room/work space. Oh and it doesn't show it but I'm sure there is a bathroom as well. At least I hope so.
