A few weeks back, FX began hashing out its winter schedule to include the returns of some of our favorite series, including fourth seasons of 'Justified' and 'Archer,' and even a second go around of 'Anger Management,' but with one notable exception. Where was the new Keri Russell Cold War drama we've been hearing about, 'The Americans'? Well comrades friends, 'The Americans' has officially decoded a premiere January date, so when can we see it?

Though left off of FX's original announcement of the winter schedule, we've just learned that upcoming Cold War drama 'The Americans' finally has its premiere date, rolling out the red curtain on Wednesday, January 30 at 10:00 p.m.

‘The Americans’ takes place in 1982 and follows Elizabeth Jennings (Keri Russell), one half of a KGB-arranged marriage planted within Washington D.C. Her relationship with her husband Philip (Matthew Rhys) becomes increasingly tested by the Cold War’s escalation, the associations they maintain with a network of spies and informants under their control, as well as their new FBI agent neighbor Stan Beeman (Noah Emmerich). Along the way, Elizabeth and Philip find their fake relationship growing more passionate and genuine on a daily basis.

So, is the buzz-worthy new drama as sizzling as execs have promised, or does it leave us feeling out in the cold? Check out the trailer below, and tell us if you'll tune in for 'The Americans' January 30 in the comments!
