The Abilene Zoo’s White Tiger Gets a New Pool and a Fun Place to Live
The Abilene Zoo has a gift for one of it’s most popular animals. Havar the white tiger will be moving into his newly remodeled exhibit Friday August 29th. Zoo Director Bill Gersonde says improvements include a new larger pool, a cave to provide shade and new landscaping both in and around Havar’s exhibit. The public is encouraged to come see how Havar takes to his new home.
