Looking for a great family event for these beautiful summer evenings? Then 'Summer Movies in the Park' is just for you. Great family friendly movies will be shown at the Cobb Recreation Center throughout the summer.

I didn't realize that a new Planet of the Apes movie was in the works but it will be in theaters Aug. 5th. It seems to have better visuals and special effects but I don't know how much better the story line will be from the original. Check out the trail for yourself.

I don't go to movies very often but there is one that I really want to see. However, my dilemma is do I read the book first or just go see the movie? The movie is "Something Borrowed" with Kate Hudson and Ginnifer Goodwin.
