I am back from the 2012 Rudy Cruise, that departed on Sunday, September 16th. I took advantage of a little free time, and made a couple of dives while in Roatan, Honduras. This was the first time for me to see a sea turtle and I dove a ship wreck. Check out the pictures and tell me what you think.

For over 6 years I've invited our listeners to join me on the various Rudy Cruises. During that time I learned how to scuba and started perfecting my scuba diving skills. This past Rudy Cruise, for the first time ever, we were diverted because of hurricane Irene. It became very clear early into to the cruise that Irene was going where we had planned to go. So after one day at sea our Carnival Conquest captain informed us that the new destinations would be, Costa Maya, Cozumel and Progresso Mexico. I used my communication skills to rebook scuba diving excursions at said new locations. What you seen next is what my friend Umberto of Dreamtime Dive Center showed us in Costa Maya Mexico. The 2011 "Rudy Cruise" is almost here and time to start making plans as to what sights to see, what excursions to take and what can I afford. I know one thing for sure since we are going to Nassau Bahamas and that close to Paradise Island I am for sure going the the awesome Atlantis Resort. Have you seen this place? It is huge and offers just about everything for any budget. If you've got a "bucket list" the Atlantis is close to the top.

This years KEAN-105 Rudy Cruise is set to sail August 21st - August 28th 2011. We will be in Key West FL, Free-port Grand Bahamas and Nassau Bay Bahamas on the Conquest and as soon as we are done with it put the Conquest on moth-balls cause we are getting a new ship for the 2012 KEAN-105 Rudy Cruise. The magic will sail from Galveston and we are going to Belize, Mahogany Bay Isla Roatan and Cozumel Mexico.
