The Abilene Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) Chapter 471 is doing it again this year offering all kids ages 8 to 17 a short airplane ride on Saturday, November 10th at the Abilene Regional Airport. The Abilene EAA 'Young Eagle' program celebrates it's 20th year.
