Zach Harmon is a home town boy that knows all the back roads of Abilene, the way of life and the west Texas pace and Zach does an excellent job painting that picture, in his latest single 'Those Stars Still Shine.' The second you hear his song, you're sent back in time remembering all the old landmarks and things you did. As I listened I found myself smiling, remembering the old Town And Country Drive-in and how much simpler things were back then. Zach Harmon's got a hit song on his hands and as soon as you hear it, you'll agree.

Clinton Gregory is trying to make a come back, and he's releases a new song called 'Too Much Ain't Enough'. In a recent interview, Clinton talks about his life, where he's been, what he's been up to and where he'd like to be in the next few years. Gregory also talked about the album and his new release. It's been at least seven years since I've heard anything new from the bluegrass fiddle playing singer/songwriter. The noticeable changes are, he's colored his hair and he looks more fit. The much anticipated Kenny Chesney single from his forthcoming album was released Friday as Kenny's fans lined up to hear 'Pirate Flag' his new song online, for the first time. No Shoes Radio is Chesney's personal internet radio station, and according to Kenny's website "the tune in was so intense, the bandwidth was filled to the brink that it was slowed to a slightly less than optimal speed." Kenny went on to say "this is crazy!"

Has it been 20 years since we first heard those tight vocals from a then, new group that boasted they were from Texas? Lonestar, which is made up of Richie McDonald on lead vocals and piano, Michael Britt on lead guitar and background vocals, Keech Rainwater on drums and back-up vocals and Dean Sams handling keyboards, acoustic guitar and background vocals as well. As a 20 year anniversary celebration, Lonestar is marking it by touring, recording a new album and reuniting with lead vocalist Richie McDonald (who has been out trying to make it solo). Ronnie McDowell had his first chart success with a song called the "King Is Gone." It was a tribute to Elvis Presley, released shortly after the death of the King of Rock and Roll. That was all that Ronnie needed to jump start his career into country music from 1979 until 1986 McDowell had chart toppers like; “Older Women,” “You’re Gonna Ruin My Bad Reputation” and “Watchin Girls Go By” just to name a few. Now Ronnie has a new song A Single Woman and he hopes to it makes it on the charts again.

Steve’s new song 'Hauled Off and Kissed Me' is a fun up-tempo tune that leads you in one direction, then Holy delivers the finishing blow from another direction, when the girl in the bar just hauled off and kissed him. While the video is not out yet the song will evoke a lot of visual ideas. Holy's previous monster single 'Good Morning Beautiful' stayed at the top of the country charts for five weeks in a row in 2002. He's hoping 'Hauled Off And Kissed Me' does the same thing.
