Kenny Chesney released his newest album 'Life on a Rock' today, April 30th and also announced he has set up the 'Spread The Love: A Fund For Bosto n' through the Boston Medical Center. This fund will help pay for prosthetics and post acute care of Boston marathon runners who were hurt in the April 15th bombing.
