A woman best known as the "Human Barbie" has given her 7 year old daughter a voucher for plastic surgery for Christmas. Talk about spoiling your kids! This isn't the first time she's given her daughter plastic surgery gift certificates either, she also gave her one for breast augmentation last year, which she can use when she turns 18.
