All of the guys that ran in high heels were good sports about it, some even dressing the part. As for the ladies, many that raced brought their game faces and some even camped out by the starting line. Nonetheless, when the Mayor started the race, all eyes were fixed on every runner.

The Miles and Music for Kids is a charity motorcycle ride and concert event started by Dierks Bentley to benefit the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt (a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital).
