The annual ArtWalk/CarWalk is a car show in Downtown Abilene. It's usually scheduled for July but has been moved to March. This years CarWalk will feature lots of classic, muscle, antique and new cars. CarWalk is open to everyone.

"Three days of gear head fun" is headed to Abilene this Thursday, Friday and Saturday with car shows and drag racing. There will be 3 car shows, 2 nights of drag racing and auto cross closed course.

The Annual CarWalk hosted by the Center for Contemporary Arts (CCA) is coming to downtown Abilene July, 11th 2013. While you might think it's a bit early, the CCA is trying to get car owners and classic car enthusiasts to sign up early and get their assistance in helping organize this years CarWalk/ArtWalk. This years theme is "Where the Rubber Meets the Road."

Due to bad weather, the Center for Contemporary Arts and event organizers have cancelled CarWalk for tonight. CarWalk will be rescheduled in July ArtWalk happens every second Thursday of the month, however CarWalk is only once a year. Car-Walk will be from 5pm till 8pm in downtown Abilene, most of the action will take place in front of the Center for Contemporary Arts at 220 Cypress.
