Season two of ‘The Voice’ on NBC will reportedly feature a more talented group of singers, more confident coaches and many more weeks of blind auditions. During a mini-press conference on Friday, Blake Shelton hinted that the show may be the biggest thing to ever air on television.

Next October, Shelton — along with other artists who have yet to be announced — will set sail on the Norwegian Jewel for a seven-day sojourn. But he still had a big hurdle to over come. You see, Blake Shelton wanted Martina McBride to do the second vocals on the song. Blake didn't have the guts to ask Martina himself. June 29, 2011 "The Voice" has a tour in the works and will feature the contestants not the coaches. It seems the show that costs NBC a ton of cash ($2.3 million per episode to be exact), cannot afford the coaches salaries or at least they couldn't come to an agreement. So, the finalists Beverly McClellan, Vicci Martinez, Dia Frampton, Javier Colon, Nakia, Xenia, Casey Weston and Frenchie Davis will cut their teeth on the road in late summer or early fall.
May 24, 2011 June 7th the fifth annual Country Weekly fashion show will take place in Nashville Tennessee. The show raises money for "Musicians On Call" a non-profit organization the brings live music to terminally sick patients in local area hospitals. This year the fashion show will feature Joe Nichols in a concert associated with the fashion show.
May 14, 2011 Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, tied the knot in Texas today. Us Weekly reported that the wedding took place at Texas’ Don Strange Ranch. The 27-year-old beautiful bride wore her mother’s wedding dress and walked down the aisle with over 500 family and friends in attendance. Some well known friends attending the wedding were Reba, Cee Lo Green, MartinaMcBride , Dierks Bentley and the Bellamy Brothers just to name a few.
