The Texas wildfires that destroyed at least 1,500 homes and claimed two lives  in September did not go unnoticed by Texas country legends Willie Nelson, George Strait and others. The country super-stars raised over $500,000 for the victims of the Texas wildfires at a concert on Monday October 17th 2011. The concert was in Willies hometown of Austin Texas.
