The big news is, the change of venue, last year "Swingin' Tex-Fest" was held at the Taylor County Fairgrounds. This year Swingin' Tex-Fest organizers have moved the event to the newly opened "Back Porch of Texas" located near the I-20 and Highway 83/84 intersection. Check out who all is coming.

This is a two day fundraiser for the Ben Richie Boys Ranch. From what I've gathered this brainchild was a cooperative effort, between John Thomas of the Boys Ranch and Mark Powell of Lariat fame. Grammy award winner Junior Brown will be the headliner. Brown will not be alone though on this two day swing festival.
