However in November, a rouge group of Amish that had broken away from the general population to create their own group were accused of cutting off the beards and hair of those who did not follow their teachings. Those few people of the break away group have now been indicted with the crime.

Apparently they have been given many tickets for not having the signage properly displayed and have refused to pay the fines attached to those tickets. This has now landed them in jail.
