Eric Church leads his country peers with seven nominations, including Male Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year. It's up to fans to decide who will be named Entertainer of the Year. Five artists -- including both ACM hosts -- are up for a chance to win the night's biggest prize on April 7 in Las Vegas.
