Dot is a black cat that was brought into the Abilene Animal Shelter by her owner who is moving. She's an 8 year old indoor only cat because she's been de-clawed. Shelter Director Aaron Vannoy says "older black cats don’t have much of a chance of being adopted at a shelter, so it's important that Dot finds a home soon." Hope and Faith are two beautiful dogs that need a gentle touch and a lot of love. Here's their story, they're two female pointers from a breeder in Albany that raises and trains hunting dogs. This is Roxy, a 9 year old Shepherd/Husky mix. After 9 years, her owners surrendered her to the animal shelter because they were moving. She is a very sweet dog, and doesn’t act like she is that old.
