Southern Halo are releasing a new album titled Just Like in the Movies, and the sibling trio are letting fans hear the entire project early via an exclusive premiere with Taste of Country.

The sibling trio of Natalia, Christina and Hannah Morris grew up in the small town of Cleveland, Miss., giving their first public performance at a grocery store when youngest sister Hannah was just 9 years old. Hannah plays bass in the band, while Christina plays drums. Natalia is the oldest of the siblings, and she serves as Southern Halo's lead singer, guitarist and principal songwriter. She is now 20, while the other sisters are still in their teens.

Southern Halo's music combines diverse influences including Vince GillJustin TimberlakeDave GrohlPinkSelena Gomez and Justin Bieber to create a sound that they call CPR (Country Pop Rock).  They released a single from Just Like in the Movies titled "Anything Is Possible" in January.

They approached the new album very differently than anything else they've ever done.

“We definitely approached the making of Just Like In The Movies in a completely different way from our previous album," Natalia states. "I had a crazy dream about the story of Southern Halo, and it was so real life-like that I had to wake the girls up and tell them about it. After describing my dream to my sisters, they insisted that we write it down because it was so vivid and story-like. We ended up writing what eventually turned into a script and had later developed the wild idea to make our album the soundtrack to this 'movie' we had written. We knew we wanted 14 songs, so we let the story determine the inspiration, energy levels, and tones to each song on the album.”

Just Like in the Movies is set for release on April 27. The album is currently available for pre-order.
