You may not know the phrase "snow rage," but maybe you should.

Boston has been slammed by a seemingly daily pounding of snow this winter and the effects may finally be starting to show with people cracking under the stress (not to mention the weight of all those flakes).

It may be cold, but folks are definitely getting hot under the collar. In Boston, there have been reports of a driver attacking another motorist with a bat, another driver going after a plow operator with a shovel and one person having his tires slashed for parking in spot dug out by someone else.

So, yes, there are plenty of people who've reached the breaking point and need the anger to melt away faster than the snow that's piling up on the sidewalk.

What do you think? Do people get meaner when it snows or are they the same as they usually are?
