Single “Angel Eyes” Gives Love and Theft Their First No. 1 Hit [VIDEO]

Any artists dream is to see their name at the top of the charts with a no. 1 hit song. It's finally happened for the duo Love and Theft. Their latest single "Angel Eyes" puts them in the top spot.

The guys hit a little bump in the road when they went from a trio to a duo leaving Eric Gunderson and Stephen Barker Liles to carry on. This is the guys first release as a duo and it's also from their self-titled sophomore album which was released last month. Gunderson co-wrote the song which makes the number one status a little sweeter.

Not only has the song gone no. 1, but it has also sold over 500,000 digital downloads certifying the song gold.

The guys have big thank you's for their record label RCA as well radio and their fans for making their dreams finally come true. Expect to see more hits from Love and Theft in the future.
