Join ‘Rock Out With Your Bra Out’ Campaign to Raise Money for Breast Cancer Awareness

Remember a couple of months ago there was the #ALS ice bucket challenge where you dumped an ice bucket of water over your head then challenged 3 friends to do the same? This is the same concept. You wear a bra outside of your clothes,do a dance, post your video and challenge your friends all in an effort to raise money for breast cancer awareness.

Rock Out With Your Bra Out  is an effort between the breast cancer site and the Greater Good organization to raise money for mammograms. Many women lack access and funding to get a simple mammogram; the easiest form of breast cancer screening.

So, how do you rock out with your bra out? The rules are simple.

• 1. Put a bra on outside your clothes.
• 2. Video a message as to why you are doing this, and then do a little 'rock out' dance and challenge 3 friends to do the same
• 3. Post your video on Facebook and tag your video with hashtag  #rockoutbraout and tag your friends you challenge.
•  4. Be sure to keep your videos family friendly and donate!
