This is my top five countdown of the greatest country Christmas songs of all time. Coming in at #5 is Ricochet. In 1996, debuts their single, “What Do I Know”, it went top 5. Earning the band the honor of the 'highest charting debut single of the year.' Their follow up song, 'Daddy’s Money', went to #1, and stayed there for two weeks. It is their distinctive and tight harmonies that makes them instantly recognizable. That year Ricochet gave us an awesome Christmas remake 'Let It Snow'. The song shows off the groups remarkable vocal talent.

Ricochet's 'Let It Snow' is by far the best version of the song as far as I'm concerned. There have been others that have tried it, but have failed to reach the lofty benchmark set by Ricochet. This song is a must for any country music collector as well. The vocals belong to Jeff Bryant, Junior Bryant, Teddy Carr, Heath Wright, Greg Cook and Eddie Kilgallon. Give it a listen and see if you can tell that they did this in one take (according to urban legend).

Each day, I'll reveal another song in this countdown, so check in daily to see if your favorite country Christmas song makes the Top 5 for 2012.
